The Production Efficiency Is Slowing Down Because OF Coming Long Holidays Of Chinese New Year

As quartz engineered stone manufacturer, we are very busy with a flood of new orders in recent 2 months, since it is near the end of the year. It is the time for many clients to increase purchases before their holidays. Also the reason for such hot season is Chinese most important new year festival. Some foreigners may not understand why few days of holidays comes to nearly one-month or even longer low-efficiency production.
Actually, for each manufacturer, the labor workers are from different provinces of China. And Chinese New Year festival is so important for each Chinese that they are eager to go back hometown for the holidays and stay with families. Therefore, before the real arrival of the festival, labor workers from other provinces will prepare their back to hometown with efforts to get transportation tickets. Even some of them drive motorcycles for thousands of miles，because harder it is to buy tickets, nearer the festival is.
In this year, the festival is in January, so in December some workers are gradually leaving or preparing for leaving the work sites. For this reason, the production efficiency will slow down in December and new orders will come together if clients well know this reality.
