Engineered quartz slab is one of the most popular man-made stone materials, which is manufactured with approximately 93% of natural quartz sand or powder and about 7% of resin, color pigments or additives. The slabs are formed through a vacuum vibration compaction process. Then, after hours of hot solidification and days of more solidification in normal temperature, the formed slabs become strong and hard. After they go on polishing and cutting of four edges, we finished the manufacturing process of engineered quartz slabs. Therefore, these artificial quartz slabs are featured by their exceptional durability, ideal resistance to stain or chemical, hygienic surface to food, uniform appearance, design versatility and low maintenance. These features render the quartz slabs excellent in applications of kitchen countertops or backsplashes, bathroom vanity tops or shower walls, commercial bar tops or counter installation, as well as laboratory worktops, etc. Besides of our regular quartz color options and newly manufactured high-end complex designs, we also imitate the new samples selected from market or from our clients.
