What is the 3D printed quartz engineered slab? As we know, the engineered quartz stone is featured by imitating natural stone materials and other construction materials. The colorful options and designs have enriched the stone choices for stone fabricators and designers. However, some people still complain the fake veins on the quartz slab, though some quartz options are really vivid and elegant. Compared to natural granite, marble or quartzite, the normal quartz slabs, to be honest, is short of natural changes of the vein details. To better application of engineered quartz slabs, we have cultivated one mature technique to print natural stone veins on quartz surface directly. To explain simply, it is just like to print a painting on a piece of white paper. Therefore, at the beginning, to realize printed quartz slab, we need to make pure white quartz slab first and then use the white quartz slab to print the target veins on top, with specialized printing machine. But with this way, some clients complain no veins on edges. That means there is totally blank on edges, if you polish 3cm printed quartz slabs or do 2+2cm laminated edges. To solve this matter, we manufacture specialized original quartz slab with penetrated veins inside and then print the target veins on top again. In this way can we finished a perfect printed quartz slab, with veins both on top and inside, which is showed on slab edges. Anyway, the better quartz slabs are manufactured by solving the matters that our clients or end-users put forward.
